No upgrade on either of my two booked rooms. Bad odor on 6th floor hallway/elevator for duration of stay. Bar, wait staff, valets and housekeeping very friendly and helpful.

Located at the cozy Kaimana beach which is a favorite of locals. Ocean view room offers beautiful sunset every day. Easy walking distance to the Waikiki strip but stay out of the crowded and businesses. The hotel offers daily activities such as complementary yoga class and ukulele classes as well. Definitely will comeback again.

Top notch in all areas. One drawback that i experienced was the need for reservations when being seated. I thought it eliminated the chance of being spontaneous and i felt like a second-class citizen.

The hotel is older, and the main part of the building is updated and nice, but the Parkview building is still outdated. So if you booked a room in the Parkview building, it is not what you expect when booking online and looking at the pictures. Staff is super friendly and nice. They will do everything to make you happy.
