"Very friendly staff at check in during second shift and for valet service. He was multi tasking and kept smiling through it. The breakfast experience was average in the hotel restaurant and we were expecting a little more being in NYC. The only issue with the hotel we noticed was a customer pointed out an issue with the elevator not working properly. The view of the Empire State Building at night time was stunning from our room and made my mother’s evening! We would definitely stay here again. "

"Terrible… the hotel was very dirty, old, smelly and noisy... the curtains and towels has stains. No hand towels, no phone and AC was from the 80s never upgraded. The bathtub is clogged … and the water from the clogged bathtub is grayish color… The only reason I stayed is because of my last minutes booking and nothing is available, but with the price that they are charging it’s unreasonable and is it expensive. The front desk & Staff… was not friendly, I asked a simple question about if there...
