The hotel staff were fabulous. We stayed here five years ago and nice to see some of the same staff. Service was exceptional. Rooms were clean. A few misses by housekeeping but didn’t detract from the stay. We love the amenities like to breakfasts and cocktail/snack hours. Easy access to Central Park and to Times Square.

Here for a wedding in Central Park. Great location for that. The couple getting married requested we stay here. I love boutique hotels but this one was lacking many of the amenities you’d expect for a boutique hotel. Too many to list. There are other hotels near the location that I wish we had considered instead.

Air conditioning wouldn’t shut off or keep a constant temperature. No onsite food. Vending machine in lower lobby. Elevator wouldn’t come back down to get me. I was stuck and had to walk up the stairs.
