This hotel is decent. It's clean. The rooms are nothing special but good enough. It's pretty much a 2.5-3 star hotel. The staff is pretty much non-existent. It seems like there is only one person at the front desk and that's pretty much it. You do need to use your key card to get into the hotel front door so that's a nice security feature with all the insane party like activity on this block. This hotel is right in the heart of Koreatown and the street was hopping all week long. You can hear tons of street noise and loud music on the weekends and on some weekdays but it's not difficult to sleep through it cause you're so tired from all the walking during the day. If you like all the street activity, this hotel is in a great location. If you like quiet then this is not the place to stay at. I would stay here again if I was in NY for a short stay. This hotel has no restaurant or eateries and is really needing a nice lounge. There is one but I didn't think it was very inviting or relaxing to sit in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the property and room was always cleaned when we returned to the hotel. the location is a 10-15 minute walk to everywhere convenient in the city. When I return, this is a hotel I would love to stay at again
