The room, bedding & towels were clean and hotel staff were always helpful. It was the hotel Christmas tree lighting during our stay and we were entertained with singing, fizz and chocolates in the reception area which was enjoyable. Complementary hot drinks were available during the day. The hotel is ideally located in Manhattan with many attractions within easy walking distance.
