"Septic very stinky coming back through drain into the house. Modem didn’t work. Iron left stains all over clothes and there was no ironing board so had to use a towel on the table. No fans so bedrooms were terribly hot and air con in main house either wasn’t working or was undersized for the house because it didn’t seem to keep the house cool.
