"This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10."

"We stayed for 9 nights in this lovely hotel. Room was small but we expected this after reading reviews but we only used it for sleeping, washing & changing so it was not an issue. The hotel was suitably located near public transport & not far from the main shopping area. We never ate at the hotel as ate out everyday but they did advertise what looked like a lovely set menu. The staff we came across were lovely & friendly & always spoke when passing.
I would recommend this hotel if your staying in GINZA "
