I had a lovely stay! The whole hotel and my room were so clean and tidy. The amenities were also brilliant - visiting the onsen after a long day of walking around exploring Tokyo was so relaxing. Breakfast was also great - I loved the little touches like matcha on tap. I’d absolutely stay here again!
The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and just great people. They responded and helped with a few minor issues right away. They were very professional and polite.
Quiet rooms. Typical room size for Japan, with well placed conveniences in room. Walk to Tsukiji market area and several local places to eat. Lawson’s and 7-eleven across the street
Very clean hotel, great staff, great location. Absolutely loved the onsen and breakfast buffet. Hotel was able to hold our luggage for us after we checked out until our flight later in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!
We stayed at Dormy Inn Premium Ginza and it turned out to be a really solid choice. First off, the location is excellent.. about a 5 minute walk to the main Ginza area, so everything is very accessible.
They also have on site underground parking, which was 3,000 yen per night—pretty reasonable for this part of Tokyo.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s expected in the city. They’re cozy, clean, and functional and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The standout for me was definitely the public bath/onsen. It’s open 24 hours, which is a huge plus.. you can go anytime, even late at night after a long day out. Really nice way to unwind. They also serve a complimentary ramen at night which is a nice touch.. I don’t remember the exact hours, but it’s freshly prepared and honestly a great little perk after being out all day.
There are also convenience stores right across the road, which makes grabbing anything super easy.
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a superb location.. would definitely consider coming back.
Location was great, very close to the main offerings and shopping areas of Ginza while still being quiet. Hotel was clean and amenities were lovely. However during our stay, we only received one pillow each. It took two days to get 2 more pillows due to a pillow shortage.
Great location for us - so close to the market, walkable (25m) to Tokyo station, and close to the fun area with bars and restaurants in Shimbashi. Great onsen. Spacious room. Would stay again.
Onsen is very nice. Overall good hotel in an excellent location.
The only thing is that I made a mistake and reserved for one person and not for two. No breakfast. Most hotels don't charge per person, they do per room, so the mistake would not cost extra. My mistake was quite pricey at this hotel, so pay attention when you reserve.
Clean rooms, nice onsen, easy check in and out for English speaking guests. Rooms were smaller than other Dormys, but still very fresh and good stay near Ginza shopping.
