"We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was exceptionally clean. Only issue was the bath tub which we found a bit high to step over. Also gets very slippery when wet. Maybe a non slip mat or something would be great.
Location was perfect for us with train station within walking distance. Restaurants with mins of walk. "
"Immaculate rooms; great staff. Air conditioning and humidifier worked great. Breakfast is outstanding and great quality as well as healthy.
Would definitely come to Mitsui Gardens again!"
"A clean, basic hotel room, about 10mins walk to Ginza / Higashi-Ginza stations. Next to Ginza 6, with good selection of restaurants & a whiskey place. A short walk to boutiques & brands. Uniqlo flagship is right across from the other side of Ginza 6.
Lobby at L3, refreshment section has coffee & orange juice, there’s a dried flowers section where you can make your own scent sachets, super cool
