Lovely hotel great for multi-generational family

The hotel was excellent. We were a family of three (grandma, mom and teen son) so we got the adjoining twin rooms. Beautiful facility with an excellent breakfast. Great location as it wasn’t in the thick of things but easy to get to Ginza and other parts of Tokyo by bus or taxi.

The room is comfortable (bigger than I expected). Staff are friendly. Outside of the center downtown, but with easy access to all places (a bus stop is just outside the hotel).

I booked the wide double twin bed room and it looked little on the smaller side. But I think that is the case with other hotels in the area as well. But overall stay was great. Their breakfast spread was great as well with lot of options however would really appreciate if they can have few more vegetarian options in warm breakfast section. Other feedback would be to rotate the breakfast menu as it remains same through out the week. I stayed for about a week and was bored of the breakfast by 3rd day.

We had excellent experience overall. The rooms and property is in excellent condition. Th location is very convenient, in between Ginza and Toyoso, we could move around very easily. The breakfast was super good!!! We had wonderful time staying at this facility..
