"The location of Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo is unbeatable, just a short walk to Shinjuku Station and right by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the stay itself did not match the price or four-star rating. The mattress was extremely stiff and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The bedding setup was also frustrating, constantly coming apart during the night. The room and bathroom felt very outdated, with poor lighting that was dim and flickering, and housekeeping missed obvious issues like this during multiple cleanings. Cleanliness was also a concern, with visible hair and mold-like buildup in the bathroom. While the location was great, the overall experience lacked the comfort and attention to detail expected at this level. For the price, I would not stay here again."

"Location is great lots of dining options nearby. Staff 10/10 they went beyond to assist us with everything. I liked that even it’s in Tokyo, it is spacious enough to even have a side table with chairs. The toilet is also spacious. Clean and well maintained. Free Breakfast is lovely 10/10. Overall, I could go stay here again."

"It was a good hotel for a short stay/transit between your flights. Very convenient in terms of location, it is on departure floor of Haneda International Terminal by the check in area."

"Had a 6 person room for our family, we had 6 twin beds so everyone got their own bed but the room was pretty small for 6 people. Breakfast was great as was their welcome lounge. Onsite laundry was a bonus as we got to wash everything before our cruise - did get really busy though so plan carefully."

"+ Staff is friendly and helpful. + On-site washer/dryer is convenient. + On-site Lawson is convenient. + Bed is comfortable (not too firm, not too soft) - Bedroom (at least the corner ones with a queen-sized bed) are cramped. There is barely any clearance when you open the door. - Carpets are dirty; inside the room, hallways, by the elevator. Feels like it hasn't been deep cleaned in years. Going barefoot made my skin crawl. Visible dust. You'll kick up dust. When I'm in the room, I cough. I'm fine outside. - Bathrooms are very small. I'm of average height and weight and yet still struggle in there. The height from floor to ceiling is probably 6 ft. - Elevators take a long time. - Buffet is below average."
