Very convenient location, comfortable rooms with great amenities and very helpful staff were highlights of our stay. The buffet breakfast was well worth doing and despite the ‘residence lounge’ where you could prepare simple meals, the proximity to many restaurants and Chinatown made this unneeded.

We didn’t have breakfast including but there was lots of restaurants around the property. Free coffee was really nice! The room was abut warm but couldn’t adjust temperature.

We liked that a subway station was underneath the hotel making for easy access from Tokyo to Yokohama. We were taking a cruise out of the Yokohama Osanbashi Pier and it was an easy 10 - 12 minute walk. The hotel also had good laundry facilities, common area lounge for guests with toaster oven, microwave, fresh water, vending machine, free Nespresso Coffee (which was also available in the first floor lobby), and a nice gardened balcony. It was also walking distance to the Yokohama Bay Stars baseball stadium and pleasant gardens, a lively shopping / restaurant street, and park with fountains. Overall, a well located nicely managed hotel with a decent sized room.
