TLDR: Overall I think the location Is FANTASTIC and the views are amazing, but my room was borderline filthy.
The view was great and there wasn’t a very long line for the elevators. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pillows were probably the softest I’ve slept on.
The hotel is only a 8 minute walk from either Sakuragicho station or minatomirai station which makes it very convenient to go into Tokyo. The shopping center around the hotel is so vast you would need a couple days just to see it all.
Unfortunately my room was pretty dirty. The hotel showed signs of wear and tear which is fine, but there was dust accumulated in many places. The carpet was pretty dirty as well as the grout in the bathroom. My curtains had a few suspicious stains. I had to wipe down the chair before I used it because it was covered in small white flakes (dander? Skin flakes?) and there were several small hairs on one of the beds.
I got in late and was only there for two nights otherwise I would have demanded another room. Also, if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the best because sound travels very well in the room. I could hear various loud noises upstairs and the sound of my neighbors taking showers.
This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in where I could hear the people around me so much. Very disappointing.

Liked: Staff & service
Great view if you are on the right side. The room is outdated especially in the bathroom. Waiting for elevators needs patience and can take up to 20min (in my case). The noise at the elevator is loud (wind tunnel effect). Gym and swimming pool use are NOT free. The staff needs to improve on English.
Hotel interior and room were nice. We stayed for 3 nights over the Christmas holiday. The big bath and sauna was a great way to pass time but you can’t stay there the whole time. By the 3rd night we were already bored because of the lack of outside view from the window, and the very limited tv channels available to entertain you with. They had this special holiday sweets for sale but they were unable to accommodate my request to pre-order and put in the room to surprise my friend upon entering the room right after checkin. You had to buy it from the stand in the lobby. In short, there was no flexibility on customer sevice. Breakfast was good but I wish we had the liberty to pick up the amount of food we wanted. It was buffet style but you point the food, and the server will put some on your plate.
