"I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The staff will go above and beyond for you, they do so many little things without you realising, this is high level hospitality only possible when you are in a smaller hotel. A little example is them knowing when we have gone to breakfast so they can quickly make up the room before we’re back and similar with turndown service. "Best stay we ever hade so far in all our travels. The Villa is insane and even better then in the pictures. Everything was very clean and pretty. The staff was fantastic, they were kind, efficient and the hoste was always there to help us with our questions. The emplacement was also perfect, next to the modt beautiful beaches in Bali and a perfect view from the roof top on the ocean and the sunset. "Very great place for a resort style stay. Beautiful rooftop restaurant/pool/views and super reasonably priced. Would recommend. Only complaints that I have were that it’s not very walkable anywhere and you’ll need to grab. I also had issues with the toilet that weren’t addressed properly until the day I left. Overall, I would stay again, but would request to move rooms if something like that happened again."
