"I very much enjoyed my time there! I liked it so much, I extended my stay! Frank at the bar was so personable and knowledgeable. He happened to work my entire stay and he was certainly a highlight to my stay. He remembered my wine order & suggested great entrees from the restaurant. We laughed like old friends. I seriously thought I was at the Four Seasons or the Fairmont Empress with the high level of customer service I received. Teresa at the front desk managed my room request for my extended stay. She insured that not only did I have the same view, it was only a few doors down from my other room for an easy transition. The room was ready first thing in the morning and she texted me to let me know. I didn't feel rushed. Our view was even better. Kyra at the pool was very attentive. I wish I could remember all the names of the excellent stay because I certainly felt like a valued guest the entire stay. Thank you! Coming again for sure!"

"Walking distance to the beach. Beds were comfy, pretty quiet area. Warning no central A/C. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and a few floor fans and heaters as well. Upstairs was very warm. There is AC window units in the bedrooms upstairs and one in the living room (but the living room is too large for it to really cool down the room). One ceiling fan downstairs was wabbaling and made noise. Contacted property manager who replied promptly and sent someone over but they didn't actually fix it completely. It actually needs to be replaced. Some of the blinds in the bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) were broken and the one near dining room table was stuck and wouldn't go all the way down. Walking barefoot in the house when we checked in we could feel sand and bottoms of feet were dirty so we kept socks on during our stay. Not sure when they last mopped the floors or vacuumed. When we checked in there were ants on the kitchen counter near the sink. Property manager promptly replied and sent someone over who gave us ant traps. They didn't work until end of day 2 so we had to keep all our food in the fridge. If you have little kids be aware there is a lot of cute homegood decorations on tables that you'll want to move for curious hands. Lots of towels soaps, beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen condiments available. Nice size garage for 2 small SUV's, washer/dryer, and one parking space in front of garage. Wifi and TV's worked. Would stay again if it had AC."

"What a privilege it was to stay at this beautiful property. The location was perfect for us, the home is even better than presented on the website and the host became a friend. The kids loved the pool and slide and we all took advantage of the hot tub, especially after a long day at Disney. The home is roomy, well decorated, comfortable and very welcoming. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils, dishes, spices that we felt very well set up. The home felt peaceful and inviting. Our family laughed and played and connected in a special and joyful way. Thank you, Denise, for a wonderful stay. We'll be back!"

"The location was great if you want to be near the beach. A couple of good restaurants nearby. There was 1 bar within walking distance, but it closes at 2 in the afternoon. I would prefer to have more to do within walking distance as parking in the area is expensive and hard to find."
