"Very clean, loved the rooftop deck, lots of beach equipment. The downside is that you do have to cross a bit of a busy street as you walk to the beach but the upside is that you can walk to the beach! The parking spot in front of the flat was a life-saver and the downstairs neighbor was a gem. We would definitely book again."

"We had a fantastic stay in Newport Beach and were really impressed with the house. From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, tidy and very well looked after, which made us feel comfortable straight away.The location was excellent and made it really easy to get around and explore the Newport Beach area. We were close to the beach, local attractions, restaurants and shops, while still having a lovely, relaxing place to come back to after a busy day.The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was spacious, welcoming and beautifully presented. It felt like a real home rather than just a holiday rental, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were particularly appreciated.A special mention has to go to our host, Darcy, who was absolutely fantastic. Darcy was very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout our stay and was always quick to answer any questions we had. It made the whole experience even easier and more enjoyable.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Newport Beach. We would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to book this house on a future trip. Thank you, Darcy, for helping make our stay such a great experience!"
