Lovely property and sensational staff, nothing was too much trouble and they did it with a smile, bit of a walk to the old town so probably need bike or grab to get around, hotel does have bikes free to use which is great if you can brave the traffic.

Great room, location and service. Room was spacious and stylish. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of local and international food. We really liked the private beach as well. Service from Hana from check in to check out was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Four Seasons Nam Hai recently with our 12 yo daughter. We worried at the start that the resort may be too 'grown up' for her but they really get kids even though it is top end for luxury. The staff are all exceptional and it may be a cliché but nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay at this new resort. On arrival we also received a free upgrade to a great room with a balcony looking over the river. Fantastic views of the beach and an excellent location

Bliss is everything you want for a beach front resort and more! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. The pool area and view over the beach is breathtaking. The food, drinks, and spa services on site are reasonably priced too. The shuttle bus goes three times a day and is a reliable way to get into Hoi An town and back. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vietnam!

Loved Da Nang and we were treated like royalty by the beautiful staff at Salmalia. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone or to stay here again.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options are tasty and plentiful. Only bad point was the shower, which didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom floor when you used it - use the shower in the bath instead.

We loved this hotel - the best of our trip. The interconnecting rooms were exactly what we hoped for - cool, serene, crisp. The staff were without exception great - our welcome was lovely and staff were totalky trying to share and advise to make the most of our trip. The pool area was beautiful - love the lanterns - plus sparkling clean and comfortable. Breakfast also the best of our trip - fresh and a huge selection. Would love to return.

An outstanding property with close proximity to old town. Away from the noise yet convenient to everything

We chose to stay just out of Hoi An on the beach which was like returning to a beautiful oasis after a long day sightseeing, the resort offers regular shuttle services into Hoi An which only takes around 5-10 minutes, taxis are also readily available and around $5. Amazing breakfast! Gorgeous pool, gardens and spa. The rooms are devine, spacious, well appointed and clean.

Very nice view and relaxing atmosphere

Hoi An silk only opened two months ago and already is running very smoothly we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The general manager who we spoke to many times on a friendly occasion has a wealth of hotel experience and personally designed most of the details in the resort. She makes it as you are visiting old friends, with great conversation, suggestions for things to do and taking extra steps to make holiday trouble free.
