This cruise was absolutely sensational. My family of four were treated like royalty over three days and two nights. So well organised.
Spectacular scenery, incredible food & entertainment. We had so much brilliant food and the service was impeccable. Shout out to James who organised us from the start, Tam (I think) who was everywhere from Tai Chi, tea service and great stories and last but not in any way least, Cindy who was there at every turn to ensure that our trip was comfortable, fully...

This was our first trip to Hanoi and Meritel Hanoi exceeded our expectations. From constant communications by the reservation desk to any request during our stay. The location is ideal in Old Quarter walking distance to all attractions. The breakfast buffet is amazing with traditional dishes such as pho, spring rolls and bah mi. I choose this hotel because it was new and had Indochina decor, which was beautiful. The room we had was on the 7th floor, so high enough from the traffic noice, and had...

With the buzz of Hanoi at the door step the hotel was a great sanctuary in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Great pool, rooftop bar with food to match along with a wonderful buffet breakfast to start the day.
The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring and were a great help in planning additional activities etc .
We used the hotel as a base for our 2 week visit to Vietnam and returned 3 times after visiting other regional locations.
A great place to stay, we'd go...

Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.
