"Our one night stay got off to a dreadful start when we could not get into our room at 1830 prior to Eng v Bosnia, KO 7.45pm. Had to abandon our belongings at Reception and headed for the game. Returned at 10.50pm to find out that we were still locked out of our room at the battery for the card operated door handle was flat! Fortunately the Manager at Reception was apologetic and gave us 2 complimentary free drinks at the bar and breakfast. Peaceful night’s sleep , woo hoo! Great rainfall shower...

Quayside walk was lovely and easy to get to. Little bit of noise at night from street below, but beds were so comfy we were out like a light! The tap made a strange noise when running the hot water but nothing that dampened the stay. Would happily come back! "
