"checked in quickly . Room very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast"

"Very reasonably priced and great location close to the city centre, comfortable and quiet room"

"The room, although small was very comfortable with a feeling of space provided by the view. Dinner was very good and the breakfast options were great. Staff were very natural and friendly. Parking is provided at the back of the property in a quiet free public car park, with access to the hotel just a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again when next in the area, with no hesitation."

"The hotel was clean and the room was large with storage and tea/coffee. We didn’t use the facilities or have breakfast but everything was very good. We would stay again"

"Always love a trip to Jesmond Dean. Best hotel in the area."

"Clean and friendly staff"

"A slightly dated and tired hotel. Rooms were spacious and bar staff helpful."

"Good location. Very clean"

"Great stay. Lovely hotel rooms. Comfy bed and great local amenities. Cooked breakfast price was a big much I thought."

"Modern Hotel, staff very friendly, room comfortable. Breakfast good, evening meal not in restaurant, but bar meal. However there were plenty of tables at which to sit, and the meals were good and very reasonable. Car parking was good although difficult when exiting onto a very busy road. Would stay there again."
