The original booking said that one parking space was included, but this was not the case and was not communicated to us very well at all. In fact the owner told us we could unload our car by the door and then move the car to a public car, what they didn't say was that we would get fined if we parked too long! Parking space took some finding - its behind the property, and under trees so expect your car to get covered in all sorts! The property listing didn't say there was a washing machine, but there is. A microwave would be a useful addition. I would have appreciated knowing that the hot water was turned off and how to turn it on. "

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. Everything one needs to prep and cook meals was provided along with full size appliances. They also provided everything needed to make tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
