"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

"House was exactly as advertised, which was an amazing property with various spacious rooms for everyone. We were 7 guests and it was a great house for us. We found we had various cozy spots to enjoy (outdoor Lounge, kitchen counter, dining table, sitting area and a seperate tv room) The house had tons of towels and lots of bedding. The house is beautifully designed. The bathrooms could use major updates kitchen could use more equipment."

"Council flat in bad area for families. Need to take luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Too far from any sites. Property run down handles broken duct tape on bathroom floor. No air-conditioning or fans. We actually changed accommodation because we had young children. Property way over priced for what and where it is. Picking up keys also a nightmare. Ever heard of a key lock????? This is one of those properties you turn up to and go This is my worse nightmare."

"The property is in a great location and is nice and clean. Saying the apartment is Air conditioned is a bit overstated.. one room was the rest of the house wasn’t. You could open windows and doors to cool it down, but it is in a very busy street which is very noisy as well. The 3 rd bedroom is a sofa bed which is ok for a kid but not most adults. Check in and check out is where we had the most frustrating time. My husband waited an hour for someone to meet him at the apartment to give him keys....

"It is in a good location and seems tobe popular with large groups of American Tourists. It has decent facilities and a bar and restaurant Chino Latino that is a cut above the average hotel Coffee Shop. Menu is a ‘poor mans Nobu’. Should have at least one more bar. And the rooms are ok but looking rather tired."

"This is a super trendy hotel with a beautiful entryway, right off of Piccadilly Circus two escalators take you up into an immaculate reception styled like a chic nightclub with gorgeous gold stairs leading up to the bar. The problem? At the base of the escalators a sign indicates that for a step free entry you can walk through a nondescript door off to the side. Down several hallways and turns you find an elevator that will bypass the stairs. When accessibility is hidden behind doors that feel like a loading dock out of view of the glitz and glam of the entryway of the hotel it sends a subtle message: wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, and anyone using them or anyone who is unable to make it up ten steps is not part of the aesthetic of the hotel and should be hidden away. I use a walking aide (a cane) and also had a heavy small rolling suitcase with me and had to drag it around those hallways to get to the front desk. In the morning when I went for breakfast I was pointed down a bizarre staircase with no lift in sight to their glamorous restaurant. Is the restaurant not accessible or was accessibility not offered? Were it not for this I would have easily rated the hotel 5 stars. The staff is great, the hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. When I checked out a staff member happily helped me carry my suitcase down the stair case and escalator and all the way out the front door without being asked."
