"I was in Hilo for a month for work and stayed at Maggie's place. It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs. Various places to eat or get groceries that are within a 10 min walk or a couple of mins drive. Maggie was an exceptional host, very quick to respond and very kind to me on my arrival after a 25h trip. "This property is special because of the amazing abundance of plants and flowers on the property, including a river and waterfall!! The night was a symphony of sounds, birds and frogs at night. We also enjoyed the communual netted gazebo on the patio with fairy lights. There is internet, but no cell service meant we didn't spend time on the phone, and why would we in this paradise :) "
