The finishes throughout are modern and attractive, with many fun kids' art pieces on display including a great hand drawn map of the area that was really useful in guiding us to the ocean path and downtown. "Montera Penthouse is bright and spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. It has everything you need! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. It's also nice that it faces the back so you don't get the traffic and noise of Main Street. Plus, you can catch a good sunset from the back deck if you can't get down to the beach in time. We really enjoyed it here!"

"Stayed one night at the end of a tour of northern CA. Close to the beach and some good restaurants and breakfast places. Private little deck to watch the light fade over the bay with a beer or the complimentary bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend staying here"
