A perfect place for romantic getaways! We are 10 mins walk to beaches and 15 mins walk to award winning restaurants. There are a lot of fun activities: spending your days on the beach, exploring the hiking, biking, golfing, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or simply kick back relax in this modern stylish indoor/outdoor space with panoramic ocean view, enjoying the sunset and the beautiful garden. We are 30 mins to SF or 60 mins to Santa Cruz.

Best view, great property!

We are so glad we decided to stay here. The view was amazing and we were close enough to walk to the harbor and all the restaurants and things around El Grenada. We hope to come back one day!

Amazing stay at The Beach House!

This perfect little beach house was everything we needed for our weekend attending a wedding. Diana made it so welcoming for us! It was just the right size and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and hanging out on the patio was magical. I will definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful hosts, they made checking in and checking out the best, the view is spectacular, the datura tree on the way up the stairs is amazing and fragrant. Super clean, they even had a complimentary wine bottle, which is rare these days. It was lovely

Quiet Beach Retreat

Diana’s penthouse is a quiet retreat with ocean view and beach access within walking distance. The studio is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. There is a beautiful deck with an ocean view to enjoy. Highly recommend!

It’s nice quarters in a nice neighborhood, a peaceful setting in a quiet place. Had a very nice time. Wasn’t prepared for the amount of stairs tho.

We liked the cleanliness and quiet at the property. The Keurig was difficult to use. Instructions would have been helpful. There were limited TV selections, and we couldn't login to our streaming apps. We had expected a larger area that would include a small living area, not just a bed.

Perfect Penthouse

We arrived and yes there were stairs and more stairs…the jewel at the top…. beautiful views!! We were surprised that there was a wonderful garage. Location is perfect in El Granada. It has the best restaurants too!!! Then a short drive to Half Moon Bay. Glorious weather..amazing decks! The room was perfect! Fridge was big and Microwave good too. Dishes, glasses so well stocked! Very comfortable bed. A vase big enough for those gorgeous sunflower I picked!!! A perfect Birthday celebration!! Thank You

Wonderful little place!!!

Loved this cute little place!! It has all you need to feel comfortable and very clean. Im so glad there was a shower dispenser since i had forgotten my shampoo, body wash, smelled good too. Fabulously!! Great location and very quiet neighborhood and good parking spot-for the car. Contact with the owner was quick and she is very nice and was very quick to respond to my txt messages, which made feel extra comfortable staying there and safe!!! Property was very easy to get too and close to the beach also waking distance if you wanted too. We had a nice little romantic getaway for our anniversary!! And that place made it even more special!! The view from the balcony was nice as well. It does have a lot of steps but i didn't mind them since we were out and about touristing, lol- It had a beautifully beach decorations and well equipped with all the necessities for certain a great place to come back and visit and will refer my friends there. Thank you so much Diana!!'

The studio is in a great location and is centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pictures were accurate and the place was spotless; would definitely stay here again.

The property had a great ocean view and was very homey with nice amenities. There are quite a few steps to reach the room, but once you get there its amazing. Very close to the harbor with lots of restaurants.
