"Our visit was wonderful. The staff was incredible, from the doorman who greeted us to the desk staff to the amazing bartender who gave us some great tips. The hotel is in a great location, with the cable cars, restaurants and lots of high-end shops nearby. The hotel is very historic, so it lacks some things visitors might be used to, such as air conditioning and a roomy elevator, but it makes up for that with a lot of attention to small details, such as a coffee machine that offers a variety of selections, and apples and cookies in the lobby 24/7. There is even a filled candy jar in the room. There is also a small bar in the lobby that offers a full drink selection and free popcorn. Overall, we could not have been happier with this hotel."
