"We paid around £21 for breakfast and it was a disaster. No variety of fresh fruits, conserves... Cold meat one 1 type which was as pale as a dead person. Floor dirty. You can clearly see the staff if not paying attention to the cleansiness or taking pride. We ended up having one porridge. The rest looked like left ober from the previous day. Before my arrival, I wrote an email to the hotel with some request and also pointing the a website error. Wrote to the email pointed in the website. I had no reply. When I checked in, I mentioned I am still waiting for a reply but I would love a reply from management. STILL WAITING... Other Novotels offer a completely "

"Bailey’s Hotel was wonderful. We were first timers to London and the hotel location was perfect for walking to the many sites or taking the Tube which was directly across the street. The room was comfy and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was nice for a late night cocktail. Breakfast was delicious although we just ate there once in our week long stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall our stay was fairly good. The staff were excellent; friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent with a tube station and tourist bus close by. The Executive room we stayed in however, was below the standard we expected. The refrigerator didn’t work. Some bathroom tiles were held on with adhesive tape. The bath and surrounds were chipped in parts and had been poorly repaired. The chrome had worn off the tap over the vanity. The welcome which came up on our television each morning greeted people other than ourselves. This was a little off putting and was in no way welcoming for us."
