"Excellent stay, short walk to universal, staff will go out of way to make you feel taken care of and very helpful. No 24/7 services, which isn’t a big deal but good if you are flying in late. Otherwise great stay! "

"For the most part the room was clean but there were stains on the mattress. The staff was very nice and helpful. The outdoor pool looked clean as well."

"I was there for a quick work trip. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The pool area was clean. The water was a little bit chilly, but it was February after all. I enjoyed the little bit of sunshine. I could get in my escape from the New England winter. The bar area downstairs was nice. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are not used to city noises, maybe bring a pair of earplugs if you are also a light sleeper. I was on the 9th floor, but could still hear some cars from the streets. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a walkable area. I felt safe walking around. "

"Room I upgraded to king suite Hollywood Hills view and it was spacious Problems Shower faucet water pressure and water in general was spotty. The pipes made noise and the water would sputter Iron I needed to put water for steam and it leaked out of iron and just poured onto my clothes. Overall Get a suite but with a balcony for better views Food was great See a show and arrive early to sit at the bar. Hotel guest free at the bar , they didn’t tell me I had to ask ."

"No “Mountain View” except from one place in the parking lot. The walls and ceilings are paper-thin you can hear everything (neighbors and road noise). Bed was comfortable, room was nice. Hallways and elevator are dated, the elevator shuddered at every floor. Be prepared to wait 3-5 minutes at the desk as the employees often disappear to the back room. Overall a nicely priced room, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays."
