To the manager and being an Accor Vacation Club member, I would not say this is an enjoyable stay.
1. Only after booking and full payment, email arrived 2 days later about things to know which are not clearly stated at booking time.
2. Parking was stated at $15.00 per car per day, which is not ideal but when arrived at check in, your staff said it’s $20.00, not $15.00. I mentioned that it was stated as $15, she only said it has changed. That’s misrepresentation in law.
3. There is a restaurant on site but later informed that it does not offer lunch, dinner nor in room dining. There was even still an ad at elevator for buffet breakfast deal but small print states valid till 30 April and I checked in on 4 May.
4. Parking was charged but then be informed that it’s at Deliveries section of the basement, hence no lift for luggage. After hours will have to be opened by getting out of the car to tap!
5. For an Accor affiliated property, there were no shower cap, no sanitary bags, no laundry bag and no smart TV either.
6. Cleaner came in to tidy room but did not clean the coffee cups.
7. There was spa tub amenity but it’s the first that I have been to which are outdoor but not heated.
To the party that is reviewing this, they should seriously review the management of the hotel.
