Cumberland Lorne Resort

"We had a lovely family holiday at the Cumberland renting two two-bedroomed units for 4 nights. There is plenty to do at the resort and we made good use of the tennis courts, squash courts, games room and pool. Lorne is an amazing holiday location with great beaches, bush walks and plenty of places to eat out. The Cumberland is very central with just a short walk to the beach, cafes and shops. Accommodation was fine for families of four with workable kitchens if you decide to eat in. We will certainly be back."

"We were in the Queen Spa Room. The room was spacious and comfortable and equipped with facilities to allow for some food preparation. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The Spa was beautiful after a long day of travelling. The property is situated close to shops and eating places. Good value for money."

"Cozy and tranquil with an amazing view of the inlet. We shared 3 nights with kangaroos peeking at us, an echidna while having takeaway Italian on the love seat and a pair of black swans with a signet down on the water. A lovely spot to rest after visiting local sites and exploring all day."

"It’s very difficult to comment, as everything was perfect; I even arrived well ahead of my check-in time, and the young man who was there did everything he could to check me in anyway. I should point out that I was on a motorbike and it had been raining all day – I think he took pity on me. But never mind – it’s the thought that counts. Inside, everything is perfect; I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I’d recommend it 200 per cen"
