"Hello, I recently stayed in Room 7 (river view) and unfortunately experienced several issues during my stay. I did report these concerns to reception at the time and was advised they would investigate. I also followed up via email but have not received a response. The main issue was a leak in the corner of the bedroom. Over my two-night stay, I noticed my clothes becoming damp, and by the time I checked out, the room had developed a strong mouldy smell. Some of my clothes were damaged as a result. Additionally, the heater in the lounge area was leaking water, which was running over the TV, creating further concern. Overall, this experience was quite stressful and disappointing. I was advised that someone would follow up with me, but I have yet to hear back. I would appreciate an update on this matter and how it will be addressed. Thank you."
