"The hotel exceeded our expectations from the location, to the breakfast, to the staff. We had some issues with the AC and the staff was super quick to respond and fix the issue. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. There was a great assortment and everything was delicious and fresh. If you’re looking to take the tube, note that West Brompton is the closest station, not Earls Court. We found getting around incredibly easy, as the station was within view of the hotel. Would return again. "

"Loved our stay here, the location was amazing for the underground and local coffee shops and places for dinner. While there was coffee machines in the rooms, no mini fridge if you wanted creamer or drinks. And the Starbucks machine in the vending area was out of order. That was really the only disappointment!"

"The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an superior executive room which was a double room with an additional sofa. It also had a complimentary minibar. The only thing was, the only item in the minibar was water. When I checked at reception, that was all they put in the minibar for that room type. I can get water from the tap for free anyway so after making a big deal out of it when we checked in it was very disappointing. Also the tv did not thave sky tv channels. The shower had no power what so ever and was warm at best. The waitresses at the bar were great once they arrived, but like buses, never appeared for ages and then got 3 at once. When you pay £100 plus per night you should expect more. Have stayed in hotels all over the world and had way better rooms for far less. Very disappointed. "

"I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Overall, I preferred it mainly because of the room size. In London it has become increasingly common to pay hundreds of pounds for rooms without even a window, which is frankly unacceptable. This hotel at least manages to avoid that particular trend. My experience overall was pleasant. Everything was clearly explained upon arrival, and I was also asked about my stay at check-out, which is always appreciated. Housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted me when we crossed paths in the corridors. The room itself was spacious and well equipped. The continental breakfast was good too, although it finished at 11:00 rather than the advertised 11:30.The main downside was a number of kids running around the corridors and breakfast area. That’s probably more about modern parenting than the hotel itself—these days basic manners seem to have been replaced with smartphones as the universal quiet button. Not entirely the hotel’s fault, although perhaps something that could be managed a bit better.What does fall under the hotel’s responsibility, however, is the design. The bed sits right next to the corridor door, so every sound outside is clearly audible. Even more puzzling, the toilet is less than a metre from one side of the bed. Privacy is essentially nonexistent, and whoever sleeps on that side gets the full experience.I still gave 4 stars as I’m fairly easy-going, and overall the positives outweighed the occasional quirks."

"Pros: clean, big room, bathroom good, big TV Cons: mattress wasn’t comfortable, heating up the room turns on a noisy fan. The “public” wifi works in the room on the 1st floor (who knows about higher floors). But the “guest” wifi where you enter your name and room number did not work, it just presents an endlessly flickering “connecting…” page. "
