"Location perfect, house was lovely. Beds fantastic. Was not a modern home but it was perfect for our families. The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. Please don’t let the previous reviews stop you from booking. We had a great holiday. "

"The unit itself was great and the proximity to beach, petrol, cafe, restaurant, grocery store so convenient. Far less hectic than Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay but close enough for an easy drive and day out."

"The location and access of this property is great. There are some maintenance issues. Sink in bathroom needs unclogging, microwave doesn't work and needs replacing, and hairdryer needs replacing. "

"The owners have done a fantastic job on renovating this house, but unfortunately, the property was totally let down by not being properly cleaned before we arrived. There was crusty old soap and a hair tie in the shower, dust and sticky cup rings on the bedside tables, crumbs on the kitchen table and benchtops, hand prints on the walls and glass doors, and dust on the skirting boards and bedroom shelves.
