"Overall, I’d rate my stay an 8/10. The room was generally clean, though there were a few stains on the carpet that could use some attention. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the towels were soft. The chairs in the room felt a bit worn and could probably be upgraded. The gym was solid for its size. "This hotel is just opening in an old historic San Francisco building so we found it to be a work in progress. The staff was amazing though … so thoughtful, gracious and full of good humor. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the radiators generate all the heat you want. The beds are new and very comfortable. There is parking across the street and many restaurants and cafes. Many good places to go are within walking distance. It’s not fancy but we had a great stay there. "
