"Hotel is hard to get to. The shuttle driver barely knew where the entrance was. Staff in the mall that is in the same building didn’t even recognize the name let alone how to get to it. It is the middle building of 5. The only way I found to get in was through the mall, out through a side door, partially across the parking garage, thru a small glass office and up the elevator. It’s a good thing the parking attendants are really helpful. They pretty much had to lead me to the correct floor and to the “front” desk."
