"The property was nothing like the photos advertised. It felt run down and lacked the atmosphere of a true resort. Our bathroom had ants on the counter and sink, and the room door had a large gap underneath that we had to block with a towel each night. Around the walkways, cockroaches were a common sight, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The front desk staff gave the impression that they weren’t very interested in helping, though the cleaning staff were genuinely kind and attentive.
Another inconvenience was the key system: only one key card is provided per room, and it must be handed in at the front desk every time you leave. The electricity is tied to the key card, meaning the air conditioning only runs when you’re inside. I had to specifically request a workaround so the AC could stay on while we were out.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. We left after two nights despite booking three, and didn’t mind losing the money—that’s how strongly we felt about not staying longer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property or return in the future.
