Our room was very clean and cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. Front desk staff were also really helpful during the check-in process. The hot tub hours are not good. You need to extend the hours and you need to have adult hot tub hours so that there aren’t 1000 little kids jumping around in there.

There is a resort fee in addition to the hotel fee. I was told that the resort fee is for the pool, fitness center and card game. We did not use any of these amenities, but we were still charged which is a standard fee and is the policy of the resort. So, the resort may show cheaper daily rate but ...
