The room was huge and very well presented. The hotel had great food and entertainment options. I would highly recommend staying. It was nice and close to the railway to save having to walk up and down the hill to the falls.

The hotel was located in an excellent spot, near many restaurants, There are also restaurants in the lobby of the hotel, an IHop, The Keg and TGIF. It was close to the Skylon Tower and Niagara Falls. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Definitely would stay there again.

The room was spacious, with a nice city view right in front of the night fireworks. The queen beds and pillows were super comfortable and the TV was huge with a good variety of channels. Great place to stay! Staff was super friendly and helped us with parking. We have a huge car and it didn't fit in the auxiliary lots so they let me park it in front of the property. Rooms are clean and spacious. Even for 5 people. Bathrooms were clean as well. A lot of restaurants around and walking distance to the falls.

We were given an upgrade to Fallsview at checkin, which was a wonderful experience for a single mom with her kids. Overall the stay was lovely. The one comment I would make is the pool - as a pool operator, I would comment that the chemical levels are off. My kids came out with red eyes. A big tip off is the chlorine smell, which tells me it’s in chlorine lock. Not an huge issue and if you weren’t aware of it no one would know better. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’ll be back another time!
