"The property itself was very nice but the lobby didn’t have a welcoming smell. It looks like they were in the process of some construction and above I notice some water damage stains. The rooms itself was great except the bathroom. Bathroom was clogged and the housekeeper did not change towels. Toilet was very loud and not pleasant. There was only one front desk staff that was friendly otherwise the others didn’t seem to care about concerns. The pool was also very small."
