I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions. The situation is excellent with Copacabana beach across the road. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast choice is wide-ranging. However, my only criticisms is that I was presented with a bill for 10 Real for a bucket of ice. This is something that I have never come across in any other 4-star hotel anywhere in the world. They also did not provide 2 bottles of complimentary water in the room. They charge 7 Real for a small bottle of water from the minibar. These items should be complimentary in a hotel of this standard.
