Our host confirmed our time of arrival by phone the day before and met us on arrival which was fantastic. She was very hospitable and we instantly felt welcome. The Manse is a beautifully restored house located a few minutes walk from the Main Street so was very quiet. A lovely old building in a great location. The bed was amazing, very comfortable! The bathroom was enormous with a spa and spacious shower. The downsides to the room was the lack of any kind of storage or space to put anything. I travel a great deal for work, so stay regularly at Hotels. The Novotel Forest Resort was one of the best I have been too! Booked at the last minute (day before stay) and with a special request for ground floor as my child was in a wheel chair, we arrived to the most spacious room with disability railing and shower chair in the bathroom alongside a two person spa.
