"Staff was great and helpful. Low rating because the pool was not the cleanest and the rooms are not soundproof, we were able to hear the guests in the other rooms almost clearly. The location is good if you want to be close to the outlets. "

"We arrived very late.. phone goes automatically to automated system but staff is ok.. property needs improvement.. shower tub and bathroom door needs to be fixed.. bed wall(?) is made from metal so every time u hit it with your foot it makes a sound like someone knocking lol..breakfast is nice and dining area is clean"

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get any rest. The bathtub in the shower was also dirty, which immediately made the room feel unsanitary. AC was not working. The worst part was finding roaches behind the headboards of the beds. That was completely unacceptable and made the stay very uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any hotel, and unfortunately this place did not meet that standard. I would not recommend staying here."

"Vanessa at the front desk as great, the room was very clean, the jacuzzi was clean. The guys driving around in golf carts saw me and my girlfriend carrying all of our luggage and didn’t stop to see if we needed anything. Other than that, the layout of the resort is pretty bad with zero signs anywhere. Self parking is expensive and in a dirt lot. Won’t be back."
