"We did not get the opportunity to visit the pool and restaurant. Both pools and restaurant looked great! Our room was at the lower level by the stairs and electrical room. We heard a strange noise all night. We would give it another try and hopefully be in a different room. Overall a good experience. "

"This hotel is ancient and falling apart, the staff are trying their best but its just not possible to have a nice stay there when things are not functioning . Our room door battery ran out and had to be fixed mid stay resulting in us walking to the front desk numerous times. The only way to get to your room/parking was through a narrow driveway which was blocked off most of the time since the delivery dock is right there too. They also have a convention center and that resulted in zero parking anywhere, they finally offered us free valet. The housekeeping cleaned out room, but didn't clean the shower/bathroom... just weird mishaps throughout for a property that has been around so so long. I would never stay here again. "

"Perfect hotel for a fast weekend escape, which is exactly what we were aiming for. Clean, great pool, perfectly heated hot tubs. The pool-area bar was a nice touch for cocktails and mocktails for the wife and kiddo. Friendly easy check in and out, free parking. Absolutely our go-to Palm Springs hotel."
