The human-less check in is an absolute nightmare. I didn’t know what to expect and only thanks to the bartender at the adjacent restaurant it was somewhat manageable. Again, after a long drive the last thing a person may want is downloading an app, upload an ID, pictures and giving personal information. Besides nowadays I am seriously concerned about the security of my downloaded data (a 3D face scan?!) The customer service on the phone was very polite and patient, but this only slightly improved the overall checking experience. The room was clean with an original MCM decor. The kitchenette was nice and clean. It would be nice to have a microwave, since the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The air conditioner was new, with a remote, but super loud, so we had to watch tv with the CC. The pool, for 21 only, was well maintained, and the parking was good.
