"Honestly, my experience was a bit mixed. The bed is super comfortable and the rooms are pretty nice. I don’t know if I would call it a total four star, but it was nice! My check-in experience, however, wasn’t super great. Aside from taking a really long time, the staff was pretty cold to me. They seemed a little disinterested and not what I’m used to for hospitality for sure. I travel a lot. That said, the housekeeping staff was really kind and lovely, the restaurant staff was awesome! It was literally just the check-in desk where I didn’t feel super welcome. But aside from that, overall, it’s a good price for a decent place :)"

"I think we had the castle king room. That one has a lot of space. Bathroom space was the same as always, its never big enough for two people at a time but still decent. Our room was on ground the floor so it had two doors, one leading to the hallway & the other to the garden. At night & early morning you could see light streaming though the edges around the door so that was a bummer. I’m glad they still have blackout curtains. Staff was great when we needed extra towels. Breakfast buffet never disappoints. The biggest plus is the hotel shuttle! Oh and their cafe/gift shop is another huge plus with us."
