Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of the beach!
Vaulted ceilings, large deck with gas BBQ, private entrance and a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen.
Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to Fashion Island shopping mall, Pelican Hill Golf Course, Crystal Cove State Beach, Balboa Island and much more.
A perfect Holiday spot for couples or families! Beach towels and beach chairs available for your use.

There is also a separate 1 bedroom studio downstairs available that sleeps two. See VRBO listing # 739255.

Fantastic in every way.

Colleen does many extras and provides top notch bedding, towels. Beautiful, quiet, very clean, newly updated and everything in great condition. Wonderful location!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Great one BR location

The location was ideal. Walking distance to the beach , many restaurants, a market and pharmacy. Easy access by car to other beach towns. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked.

Wonderful place to stay

From booking the reservation to the last minute of the stay, everything was wonderful. Colleen is a wonderful owner who helped us adjust the the weekend stay at her property. The place was very clean, welcoming, charming and very relaxing with beautiful little terrace to enjoy the views of the neighborhood. This is an excellent place to stay. Has everything we needed and some extras. Location is ideal in a very nice neighborhood. Safe for walking anytime day or night. The manager really made us feel at home. I expect we will be back!

Colleen was a great host during my recent stay at her property - we had an issue with the grill and she was kind enough to let us use her personal grill - property was as advertised and the location was very convenient to the beach - would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to get away and enough the summer beach weather

Colleen's upstairs one-bedroom villa is very clean and well equipped. She is quite pleasant and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable and the closet space is great. It is also conveniently located to great dining and shopping.

Cute little gem in Corona Del Mar!

Our family of 3 spent a week at this perfect little apartment in a great location. Close to amazing beaches, restaurants and shopping. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Only 25 minutes to Disneyland. Colleen has thought of everything; we felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay.
