"The location and common amenities for this property are great. However, the apartment itself was disappointing. The place is generally dirty, from the floors to the baseboards to the tub and cupboards. The tub is damaged and does not drain for several hours after showering. Many of the outlets do not work. The main burner on the stove does not heat up. There were no hand towels, dish towels, or dish cloths anywhere on the property. Beds were made with a fitted sheet but no top sheet. Laundry...

"I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit."

"We had a great room. The staff was super helpful. There were all types of things to do. We just had a couple problems in the room. The coffee maker did not work and we had a problem with the television not having our data but another rooms data."

"Pleasant service from the front desk. Good breakfast; changes each day so it's not too repetitive. I wish they would change to non-throwaway dishware and cutlery, but I also understand that it may be simpler just to create stuff for the landfill. The beds were great, and the room was very clean. Large TV with a wide selection of cable channels. We didn't have time to check out the gym or pool, but they looked fine. Parking is $22 per night, and since virtually everyone drives to Orange County, this should be bundled in the price. I mean, really, how many people Uber or walk to the hotel? I would absolutely stay there again. Newport Beach is really pricey, and this was a relatively good value."
