"I was not happy with the inside of the building in general, the outside looks better than inside. Inside is old, dark and rather old. I don't feel 'safe' for some strange reason.There was smells of marijuana, barking dogs (I know you can bring your own pet; and I did not know this). TV was old, pictures on website appear brighter. "George was very responsive to questions regarding check-in and general questions. The amenities of the house were great. Nice pool that we had heated for an extra charge, spa, basketball court, pool table, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Only complaint is that the flooring on the first floor is damaged in the kitchen area from water? Flooring looks like tile or marble but it's laminate. Property would be 10/10 if the flooring was fixed "

"Our family stay at this Canoga Park home was outstanding. From the start, the communication was clear and professional, making the entire process feel very reliable.The entertainment options are the highlight of this house. Our kids loved the claw machine and the arcade games, which kept everyone busy for hours. The open-concept living area is spacious and comfortable, featuring a great fireplace and plenty of room for the whole group. Outside, the patio is a private oasis. We used the hot tub every night and enjoyed playing ping pong and sitting by the fire pit.The kitchen is truly fully equipped with all the essentials, plus a great breakfast selection that made our mornings much easier. Each of the four bedrooms provided a restful experience with quality bedding and quiet surroundings. This is a top-tier choice for anyone needing a dependable and fun base in Los Angeles. We will definitely be back!"

"Perfect house for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Two large den/sitting areas, one with a big screen TV. Large patio areas outside with pool, hot tub and grill which we used often. Pool and hot tub operated from phone app with detailed instructions for setup. All bedrooms were large. Kitchen fully equipped including leftover spices, coffee, etc from previous guests. Host was very responsive and will definitely stay here again!"

"Very lovely home! We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views in the front and back! Nice furnishings and comfy beds. The third bedroom is detached but is very nice. Great place to get away and relax. Would recommend and would visit again!"
