"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful vacation home and would have loved to stay longer. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – a pleasantly cool oasis in the warm summer of Simi Valley. We especially enjoyed the pool area, but also the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room were excellent and left nothing to be desired.The location is both central and quiet, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything. Our host responded to our questions within minutes, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.We can highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. If we return to California in the future, we would definitely choose this home again."
"Awful! I had to leave due to the condition of the property. Misrepresented - Not “exceptional” not a “10” and not a premiere host. Be aware when no realreviews exist for a property. Dirty, uneven and broken flooring, bedroom door didn’t even close, no hot water in walk in shower. I tried to make this work but finalstraw was when water was shut off while using the other shower. Host refused to refund any part of my money. Worse experience ever!"
