The view was Incredible, all of the staff were lovely and very helpful, we went to the Spa a number of times as it was the best massage we have both ever experienced. The meals were incredible in the restaurant and the experiences booked from the tour guide on site were all perfect. I couldn't rate this stay higher and we will definitely return to this resort on our next vacation Thank you for such a perfect holiday

We are a couple in our early to mid-sixties, who have just spent 8 nights in a ‘Grand Pool Villa’ which included free Wi-Fi and full breakfast - a great choice in hind-sight! We have travelled extensively in recent years and highly recommend this resort and spa as one of the best we have stayed in. While researching where to stay, we noted a number of reviews were critical of the place for one reason or another, for example: 1. The distance of some villas from the reception, restaurant and...

Check-in at the hotel was good with staff being attentive and the process was very efficient. There was some confusion on check-in with us being Accor silver status members and benefits that should be applied. The room was well appointed and spacious with an ocean view. The aircon in our room was very noisy and was reported to the hotel front desk, but the problem did not seem to be rectified. A big thanks to Vikas and Sumat for making our stay so personable and enjoyable. The level of personal...

The hotel was a welcome sight that exactly matched the photo's on the web site. The staff where friendly and helpful and the food was a taste sensation. Breakfast was wonderful and varied everyday and the room service meals delivered in a timely manner with wonderful variety for all tastes. The beach was clean and 50 meters away and one of the best i have seen in Asia, white sand that goes out 100 meters into a calm lagoon type bay great for kids and adults of all ages. The hotel equipment was...

Great location with stunning ocean views, phantastic infinity pool. Service ist first class, the food at the Grill outstanding, cocktails on the rooftop bar at sunset a must! Ideal for couples who want a quiet and romantic time, away from the hustle and bustle. However, transport is available for those who want to have a bit of a night out. We really enjoyed our stay, hardly left the hotel and had a lovely and relaxing time. We'll definitely be back!!!

An amazing hotel and part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the world and truly reflective of the title. We travelled with 3 teenagers so were spread over 2 rooms but with the safety of the hotel they were never a concern or worry. Location is great with only a small walk across to uncrowded Surin beach. Staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was ever a problem, many thanks to all of you for making our holiday truly remarkable! Hope to be back some time in the future.
